Easy and useful By AABeing a vegetarian, having access to more varied dishes is wonderful - I really liked this book because contains a huge selection of recipes so I think it would be difficult to not find something you like. It has recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and even dessert. The recipes are easy to understand and follow for any level of cook. I would recommend this to others who enjoy eating healthy like myself.

As a working mom of three teenagers and as someone who tries to cook healthy food, while in the same time trying to save time, I am constantly looking for new, different and varied vegetarian meals that can be served on their own or as side dishes with some meat for my husband. The fact that we live in a Mediterranean country makes it somewhat easier for me because there is always an abundance of local vegetables and tons of delicious time-honored family recipes to try.
My new vegetarian cookbook is a collection of some of the best meat-free, protein-packed, breakfast, soup, salad and main dish recipes, that can be prepared on a daily basis. Good nutrition is the best gift we can give ourselves and our loved ones and my vegetarian recipes will provide enough protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to keep you and your family strong and feeling better all-round.

Alissa Grey is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who loves to teach people about losing weight and feeling better about themselves. She lives in a small French village in the foothills of a beautiful mountain range with her husband, three teenage kids, two free spirited dogs, and various other animals.

Alissa Grey is incredibly lucky to be able to cook and eat natural foods, mostly grown nearby, something she's done since she was a teenager. She enjoys yoga, running, reading, hanging out with her family, and growing organic vegetables and herbs.

This is a great book to incorporate for the vegetarian and for meat eaters, it is a good way to introduce vegetarian meals and side dishes. These are recipes the entire family will eat and ask for them to be made again and again. As a vegetarian (from a family of 5 meat eaters), it is a great recipe when everyone in the family enjoys the meal. This book has many recipes that will be adopted in the family menus. While fresh vegetables and fruits are available – salads are a great option. In the winter, soup is a great way to warm up. I recommend this book!
